Pantheres Investments BV, owning 49%, is the former majority shareholder of Scarlet NV.

This company was one of the first alternative telecom operators in the Netherlands.

Since its inception in 1992, Scarlet has developed organically and by means of strategic acquisitions from a pure reseller of fixed voice telephony towards a full-service, infrastructure-based communication services provider in the Benelux with revenues in excess of EUR 125 million.

Scarlet was sold to Belgacom in 2008.
